Coming from a Latin home I was taught Spanish and how we come from many races and cultures. That taught me to be open minded and that I can learn something from everyone that crosses my path. I belive this is part of why I have been successful in my many roles. A short term goal of mine is to finish my degree and celebrate with my family who have supported me through the long journey. Long term Id love to be in a role that truly allows me to use everything I have learned to this point. An operations position that allows me to help develop the training programs but also allows me to work with departments to determine and control costs is ideal for me.

Home Depot	I was given the basis on how warehouses and supply chains work on the surface. I was exposed to ways in organizing warehouses and identifying products through labeling systems. I was tasked in training and developing new team members through e learning sites and presentations. I also learned how to plan large projects and keep safety a top priority.
